I use a set of evidence-based techniques to make a difference to problems like anxiety, phobias, chronic pain, stress and many more. My focus is on enabling you to change and move forward with your life. I trained in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT) at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hynotherapy on their British Psychological Society approved course. The combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnosis creates a powerful set of tools to bring about change. Since qualifying I have expanded my toolkit to include more evidence-based techniques.
